Adoption Application

We strive to insure that our dogs will be adopted by families that will give them a great and happy home.
The adoption fee for all our boxers is $350-$400 unless stated otherwise. All fees go straight back to our dogs for veterinary care, food, supplies, transport, and anything else that is needed for the dogs. All dogs will be up to date in veterinary care upon adoption. This includes spaying and neutering. If the dog is adopted before being spayed or neutered, the adopter will sign a separate contract to have this done by 6 months of age or when deemed appropriate by a licensed veterinarian. If this procedure is not completed and sent evidence of surgery, the adopter will lose all rights to the dog and will have to return it to East Coast Boxer Rescue

RESCUES FROM EAST COAST BOXER RESCUE ARE FAMILY AND ARE NOT TO BE HOUSED OUTDOORS OR ALLOWED TO ROAM FREE. ALL PUPPIES NOT SPAYED/NEUTERED MUST BE DONE BY 6 MONTHS OF AGE OR WHEN DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY YOUR NEW VET. PROOF OF SPAY/NEUTER MUST BE PROVIDED W/I 10 DAYS OF THE PROCEDURE. THIS WILL BEOUTLINED IN THE ADOPTION CONTRACT SHOULD YOU BE ALLOWED TO ADOPT. ALL OF THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS TRUE AND CORRECT. I WILL PROVIDE MY RESCUE WITH PROPER AND SUFFICIENT FOOD, WATER, SHELTER AND MEDICAL CARE, COMPANIONSHIP AND HUMANE TREATMENT AT ALL TIMES. I AGREE THAT ECBR IS IN NO WAY LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SICKNESS, ACCIDENT, OR INJURY RESULTING IN THE PLACEMENT OF A DOG INTO MY HOUSEHOLD. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY PERSON OR PERSONS FROM FOSTERING OR ADOPTING. COMPLETING AN APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE A DOG. THE BEST POSSIBLE MATCH WILL BE FOUND FOR EACH DOG BASED UPON THEIR CURRENT NEEDS.
